I have unfortunately had to take my car to their shop on a couple of occasions. Unfortunate because I got into a couple accidents, not unfortunate because of the place. They are wonderful. My experience with this repair shop was a pleasant one. From my first phone call with owner, Jim Jenkins, I was impressed with how he handled my questions and concerns. I was in a rear-end collision and at first glance it did not appear there was much damage. However, after Jim’s thorough inspection more extensive damage was found and he made sure that the estimate covered all repairs. He handled everything quickly and efficiently with the insurance company and also had a rental car waiting for me. He kept me updated during the repair process and I was very pleased with the final results. My vehicle looked brand new once again! I am totally satisfied with Quality Collision Repair and would highly recommend them.

Amazing service! Jim is very professional and cares about the people who walk through the door. They worked with me from day one and made everything extremely convenient for me. Usually I'm the one having to call over and over again but once they had my car, I didn't have to call anyone. No hiccups, no issues, no miscommunication, no nothing! They took care of everything! I couldn't have asked for a better shop. This is definitely the place to go.
