I always receive professional service with a personal touch. On My last visit my hygienist Runa was courteous and quick while cleaning my teeth but still took time to answer questions, and talk about Stanger Things with me!
Pleasant experience. Crystal my hygienist was very friendly. My cleaning was very professional, she checked to make sure I was comfortable often. She was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything since this was my first cleaning with them. I've never had a fluoride treatment or cancer treatment before, so up-selling at the dentist is new to me. Teeth feel squeaky clean today though. Overall good experience.
I started going to Jonesville Family Dentistry about 7 years ago and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr Nerikar and his staff have been extremely professional and knowledgeable on top of being friendly and personable. My wife, 3 children and myself look forward to our dental appointments. Feels more like spending time with friends than going to the dentist. Thank you Jonesville Family Dentistry for all you do.
The entire Jonesville Family Dentistry staff is wonderful! The front desk ladies explained all of the billing questions I had, and even let me know about a change insurance before the insurance let me know! Hygiensist was great very thorough and gentle, haven't had a good polish like that in a while. Dr. Nerikar is very patient and answers all the questions I have and explains things very well and is very skilled. He even looked up all of the metals in the gold crown to make sure I wouldn't have any issues since I have a sensitivity to nickel. His assistant Jennifer is also amazing, best assistant ever; helped me with my anxiety during the appointments and was very attentive. Overall best dentist experience I've had in a long time and I would highly recommend this office.
