I came to this store earlier tonight to mail a package which was already paid for with return shipping label on it. I arrived at the store which was empty of customers other than myself. I waited about 5 minutes for the woman behind the counter to look through a package which contained second hand clothes, which she was more interested in than waiting on a customer. While I was waiting for the employee to finish rummaging through the box, three other customers waited in line behind me. The manager/owner Brenda came in from outside and grabbed packages from the two people in line behind me. Then she waited on the fourth person in line saying he was there earlier when I complained. The owner was rude and inconsiderate about the situation. I will travel out of my way if need be in the future to avoid this store and it's rude employees at all costs and encourage you to do the same.
I have always had good luck with the professionalism at this store, but they outdid themselves last week. I had a very old piece of art, the ASPCA logo printed on a 2 ft X 2 ft square of linen. I donated it to the ASPCA headquarters in NY. I took it to this office to have them pack it, since it was relatively precious. The ASPCA emailed me today that it had arrived, and said: "It was particularly impressive how meticulously it was wrapped and how expertly it was shipped! I am not sure a museum expert could have done a better job."
This is the best UPS store in town. Excellent customer service and always very friendly. Highly recommend them!
