Horrible! From the minute I walked in the door it was completely impersonable. I was a walk in and they seemed like that was the most insane thing they have ever had to deal with. Besides the HACK JOB OF A HAIR CUT the only social interaction between me and the stylist was listening to him sing along with the music in the back ground. Not to mention that I also brought my 5 year old to get a hair cut as well. The young lady messed his hair up so bad that I had to try and fix it myself when I got home to save him embarrassment!!! If I could give a 0 star I would.
This is the 2ND time Sara Dinges cut my hair. Confident will have great cut as I sit down... looks so cute for Senior price.

Tragic! I went in after work because I needed a trim and clean up cut. I brought a picture of a long bob that was shoukder lengthi. The front and to the nape in the back. I told the hairdresser that it was critical not toi cut my hair too short because most stylests I have gone too always do. This is why I brought the picture, long story short, the longest hair I have is too my chin and she shaved the back with clippers when I specifically asked her not too. She said she was using then only too razor cut and thin. One side of my head has 2 inches longer then the other and the hair in the back looms like it was cut with a weed eater. The manager did not charge me for the cut but my self esteem is in the toilet. This is a nightmare fore that I have too walk around with my hair in clips and hats until it grows out enough too fix it. I am humiliated and upset. I am a woman, and a bad short cut is devistating toi me! I wish I could sue! Never going back! This is like a bad dream come true! I cant believe I am 46 and a grandma walking around with half my head shaved because she told me she was thinnng the back!,I am so upset, please pardon any grammer as I am typing fast. Dont go here, it has ruined me until my hair grows back!
