Awful!!!!!! Dropped off my blazer on Monday and told me it would be ready by 5pm. I go and pick up my blazer and the lady at the front desk is saying she can't find it!!! Misplaced my blazer. I left my phone number and finally contacted me sayin the blazer wasn't returned from the cleaning place!! And it would be the following day. Manager was in when blazer was picked up and nothing was done for incovenience... Nothing to go out of the way to please.
I've never had a problem with them and the customer service was just fine! :)
