They made my order incorrectly 3 times consecutively. The first two times I ended up eating cold pizza reheated in the microwave. The third time... They made the order incorrectly and proceeded to leave my order open on the tracker so corporate wouldn’t see my bad review. I called 3 times and they hung up on me every time. Quite interesting that I called from an alternate number and answered cheerfully in 10 seconds. I’m already in the process of contacting corporate. I’m a fellow business owner in the area and know the current and previous owner. I’m also bringing this to their attention. I literally can’t believe someone would run a store like this. None of the other Gator Dominos have issues like this.
Tracker isn't even correct. My order was placed at 6:18 and it said my order was ready at 6:40. After it still wasn't delivered by 7:20, I called. Waited on hold for way too long just to be told my order hadn't even been made yet!!! Seriously? Don't waste your time and money here.
Placing an order over the phone isn't too bad but whenever dealing with employee especially " Miss Jenifer" can be very unpleasant experiences & unfriendly because she has very little patience processing transactions especially when domino's card reader obviously different from other restaurants & she definitely expresses her nasty behaviour clearly everytime encountered her @ the register.
This Domino' location can be great but i suggest employees need to be retrained about dealing with customers & Miss Jenifer needs to be included to be trained.
This is also coming from someone who has owned and managed businesses. This is not how you run one.
We order from here quite often (at least once a month) unfortunately 50% of the time they forget my Garlic dipping sauce. Probably owed a pizza in the amount of sauces they have forgotten.
This group is simply not organized at all. I called to order 20 pizzas for Easton in Newberry and was on hold for well over 5 min. Then the lady told me they could not take orders as they had computer issues. Then the lady simply hung up when I asked her to hand write the order and get the kids the pizzas.
