Had my custom site-built two stall barn on site in less than two weeks. Bill was great. Loved the workers and the whole process. They were very attentive to the details I needed for my horse's safety and able to make changes as they worked if I saw something wouldn't be suitable. The guys were happy to work with me. Very satisfied with everything from beginning to end.
I ordered a 21x26 building. It arrived late and was put up poorly. They came back out today to fix, but didn't relay fix anything. Bill was helpful and never rude, however the manufacture is not the best. They do have the best prices though. I would have liked to give a 5 star ,but am too disappointed in the building. I reviewed R&B Metal Structures more indebted if you have an interest in reading. Also I would suggest reading their reviews before you order, just so you know what to expect.
I was a repeat customer but will not be going here again. Building took over 2 months then didn't arrive when scheduled. Owner Bill Davies was very rude after ordered was canceled. Poor Customer service would not recommend.
Arrived in the time they said it would and at the cost quoted. The guys were set up to install the cover and worked non stop till complete. Cleaned up afterwards and were extremely professional. Best price and best crew. Can't be more satisfied .
Building was 3 weeks late, and owner of Red Barn, was very rude when trying to get help. Very poor customer service, would never recommend.
