Love my Publix. Bakery and deli are terrific. Everyone is very helpful and super nice. It is the only place I shop for food. Only complaint is not enough help at Deli. Lines can get very long.
On a side note, I miss the Cumberland gap ham that you used to carry.
I love Publix! Wish there was one in the Chiefland area!! I drive an hour (one way) to shop with you all!!

As always the store was neat and clean. Employees were very helpful. You could see the effect of hurricane Irma by the low amount of stock. Jessica in the deli has made many of my sandwiches and does a great job every time, as well as this time! She is very sweet as well!!
Poor customer service. If you want to get treated like garbage, ask one of their baggers for paper bags and then wait. Also, "Vera the bagger" doesn't have a language barrier, she understands English very well, she just chooses to be rude and disrespectful, and clearly has her managers fooled. Never met a more spineless manager in my life. After speaking with management, I now know why this is the only Publix Ive ever had poor customer service in.
