Yes there is usually a wait unless you go first thing in the morning but it's still worth it!
Long wait time. The longest I've had to wait here is about 45 min to an hour. They need more exam rooms and a bigger waiting room. The Veterinarian who is the owner is the only person I trust. The other veterinarian doesn't really know what she's doing. They don't price match on medications or preventative when other clinics do. The receptionist is also a technician so sometimes they don't even have someone up front to assist clients. Was expecting better...
Excellent care and a love for animals. They are so good with our dogs and cats. I highly recommend them.
I discovered this clinic last year and I have always received superior customer service, knowledgeable advice and it truly is "affordable"! I will admit $10 to trim my 5lb puppy's nails is a bit high but me being colorblind and afraid I will hit her quick, makes me happy to pay them to do it. Although for routine visits (i.e. vaccinations, heartworm preventative reorders etc) they don't charge the $35 office visit fee.
Absolutely love this vet! I've taken my dog here for years & the service is always phenomenal!!! Prices are amazing as well!
I take all of my cats here and the price is very reasonable compared to other vets. My only problem is they have problems when it comes to scheduling. If my appointment is a certain time i shouldn't be waiting with my cat in the cage for over an hour just to be seen. They really need to fix that and also have more seating available.
I love that the doctor is so sincere & truly cares & the receptionist is so kind & welcoming! Highly recommend this place! I promise you won't be disappointed! Dr. Marlene all the way!
