Rude and disgusting people. They messed up on my order in the drive thru so they sent me to the reserved drive thru parking to wait on recooking. Well the manager told me it was my fault that they messed up and that I wasn't being "clear" on my order. They came out a second time and gave me the wrong order again and told me I could not get a refund because I was still not clear on what I wanted and that I should work on my speach.
Usually my experience at this location is pleasant. Today I was helped by Samantha, the drive thru cashier. I request her name from the Manager on duty because she was just that rude. Samantha dropped my change on the ground. When I asked her to be careful handing back my funds because it's inconvenient getting out of my car to pick up my money. She was unnecessarily rude. The manager was nice to me but after this experience I will never return.
When I pulled to the second window she proceed to follow me and while I was requesting my money back from the manager she still was talking to me and being confrontational. Do not buy anything from this McDonald's.
Never had a bad experience in the drive thru. But every time you come inside to eat and utilize the kiosk. It gives you a table number with the plastic stands. Never ever does a McDonalds employee deliver your food to your table!!!! That just shout your ticket number. Why offer this service if your just too lazy to utilize it.
Absolutely awful!!!! After two trips thru druve thru still not correct.
After ordering 3 McFlurrys and waiting a long time in drive through to get they were 1/2 full. Not even close to the top. This McDonald’s is aweful. I was so mad I called and one of the managers said to drive back... yeah like anyone wants to do that and she will remake them herself. It’s fast food for a reason. No one wants to come back. What a hassle.
