I work nearby so wind up here fairly often. This location employs a great staff and is always clean. Good stuff.

I pass 3 Starbucks going to work and there is no question why this is my favorite. J & M are by far the best baristas ever because they are knowledgeable and friendly. The few times I've had issues, I've had quick and courteous resolutions.
I spent some quality time with a dear friend out on the patio, we both Hay the black tea, good time.
My daughter and I went to this location on Monday and we both ordered drinks and food. My daughter received her food and drink right away which was great but then I was sitting there waiting for 10 minutes and I did not receive anything I ordered for myself. After waiting I found one of the barista's and told them I have not received anything for myself and they showed nothing ready to be made. Then they didn't believe me because I said I was ordering a reduced fat turkey bacon and the response was I don't see why we would sell that since we are out today so they had me go to the register and they had to pull up my receipt and then they were trying to make sure that I paid for it when I showed them I did on my app. Finally 20 minutes later they refunded me some of the money even though I didn't receive everything and didn't even apologize
